I have been a customer at this garage since 2004 and have always had good customer service and the staff are easy going and knowledgeable and are never 'hard sales people' which I really appreciate and like. Lee White was most excellent. Thanks Lee!

Having had a poor experience at my local stratstone dealership when enquiring about the new mini Countryman , I decided to travel a little further a field and popped in to Lloyd's Newcastle and they were truly wonderful.

Apart from the long wait for getting the all new upgraded car, the mini team is giving the best treatment to us as a customer.

Our sales executive Lee was brilliant. He was extremely knowledgeable about the new shape mini countryman that we have purchased. He could answer absolutely anything we asked him and he really took his time at handover to go through everything.
