Ian made the process easy & straight forward. He kept in touch throughout the process. His customer service is second to none. I really genuine young man I would recommend him to anyone.

Once it was confirmed the delivery date would slip from 18 March because of production issues at Mini Oxford, I received weekly emails reporting progress and agreeing the new date, which allowed me to plan around the new date.

I didn't know exactly what service was needed so they found out and told me. The fault that was registering on my car turned out to be a faulty sensor and so much cheaper to repair.
