The motability team at the dealership were very helpful and very informative. Only issue we have is that we only have one official Key and phones set up as 'keys' only work fully if they are high spec models with specific software.

This is my 5th mini from this garage. I always get a fantastic deal and feel looked after as a customer. The sales person was quite full on until they got the sale, emails, text, weekly calls messages and even a video message.

My experience was excellent from the test drive to driving my Mini away. When I went to pick it up they had covered the car and we had the big reveal . This was all along will the lovely Emily Reeve who took we through everything and made it special.

It's excellent but not Perfect. Barrack Road is off the beaten track. 2 Metros and a bus to get home and bus and 2 metros to pick up your car.

I waited 4 hours for something that likely took 15 minutes. Part of the service was a car wash and hoover, which is advertised but not carried out. Arranged to have this carried out but I cancelled as could not bear to wait hours again. Disappointed

My brand new car was delivered to the Mini site for PDI. I was told to pick it up at 11.00 am. Only to find there were serious problems. The Battery in the car was flat on delivery. The onboard computer couldn't get the electronics to work
