Lloyd mini Newcastle and especially Atlanta were amazing from purchase to delivery. Nothing was too much, they worked around my upcoming surgery and still got me the exact car I wanted. I was kept well informed every step of the way

Fern was amazing from start to finish. She's so personable and friendly I felt so at ease with her. There was no high pressure sales pitch, but her knowledge of the range and what would suit me shone out.

Reception staff very courteous. Repair was done but sensor hadn't been reset so warning light was still on and I had to wait another 35 minutes to get this done. Just a shame this wasn't checked before collection .

I asked how long it would take to sort the car & was told approximately 90 mins. It was almost 3hrs by the time I received my car keys. I was very disappointed as I had to then rush to my afternoon appt !!
