Salesman (Brett Corbett) was excellent. Explained everything very clearly , listened to what I wanted and was not at all pushy. He was very friendly, easy to talk to and obviously knowledgeable and passionate. The whole purchasing process was fun!

BMW Mini confirmed it was entirely at Lloyds Mini's discretion to resolve my issue. For just £50 they could have resolved it satisfactorily. Instead, I will never buy another Mini or consider one as my next car.
