The motability team at the dealership were very helpful and very informative. Only issue we have is that we only have one official Key and phones set up as 'keys' only work fully if they are high spec models with specific software.

The incorrect mileage was added to the paperwork. I was told everything was OK when handed the paperwork but on closer inspection there was an advisory. Got a call a few days later advising the service was due and would we like to book in.

Checked my car over as I thought I had a problem charging it, and found no problems so did not charge me at all

I waa contacted by Saffron in the service team to book in for the MOT. She provided dates and times and adjusted to fit arounf my working days. The reminder was extremely helpful. The service team were also very efficient.

Early in process service reception could of been better and lack of courtesy car was disappointing . Once Sarah became involved as usual the process was ist class.
