Mark Bowman was very helpful but there was a few issues first the engine bay had not been cleaned i spent over 20 minutes doing it and then we weren't told that the car was a hybrid only found out when we got the v5 six days later

I asked how long it would take to sort the car & was told approximately 90 mins. It was almost 3hrs by the time I received my car keys. I was very disappointed as I had to then rush to my afternoon appt !!

Waited 3 hours 24/3/26 while my Mini was serviced and was assured when I left that all the screen messages had been dealt with and everything had been checked. Unfortunately, this was untrue & messages remained, returned 26/3/26 & had a 2 hour wait.

Everything went perfect. There was a slight problem with a repair to my mini, but it was explained it was sorted and explained to me. I knew exactly the timeline for the repair.

Only note is that the price quoted in the app was nearly 80 pounds different to the price quoted at drop off. appreciated the final price being reduced by 40 it would be a better if they matched or if the price was confirmed at the pre call

Checked my car over as I thought I had a problem charging it, and found no problems so did not charge me at all

Early in process service reception could of been better and lack of courtesy car was disappointing . Once Sarah became involved as usual the process was ist class.

The issue with the vehicle was dealt with promptly. I was very pleased with the help the reception staff offered, and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if needed. 5/5.
