I was able to log onto wifi and work whilst I waited for mini to go through its MOT, great facilities comfortable area to work in and offers of free hot drinks which is great. Also staff were lovely and very helpful as always.

Had a service carried out and for some reason the tyre pressures were inflated way too high for this car and performed like like a pig on roller skates , this is a Mini dealership and to be honest I expected better

Was originally told it would take 2 hours when booking in (11.30) this was changed to 12.30 at the very latest when I dropped the car off. Wasn't actually ready until 1.20...50 mins late. When I kept asking i was told it was nearly ready 4 times.

When I went to collect after a recall, engine management light was on and I couldn't collect car as it needed to be kept in for further investigation. Completely inconvenient. Mini desk said faults were coming up and it needed to stay in to be fixed.

I was, for the first time ever, told that the useable lifespan of the bonnet struts had expired. They have a 5 year lifespan, apparently. I did mention that my car had been at Lloyds several times since it was 5 years old. Never mentioned previously!

Reception staff very courteous. Repair was done but sensor hadn't been reset so warning light was still on and I had to wait another 35 minutes to get this done. Just a shame this wasn't checked before collection .

There was an unexpected delay of over a week on delivery time promised - seems to be little chance for the dealership to influence that
