Overall excellent, but for a lack of communication on progress - had to chase to find out if collection day was still okay, as hadn't heard anything from them, only to be told yes and we've had the car for the past two days.

Fern was amazing from start to finish. She's so personable and friendly I felt so at ease with her. There was no high pressure sales pitch, but her knowledge of the range and what would suit me shone out.

Faultless service from start to finish. I called in to the garage to book my service to find out what service I needed and the cost. From that point on everything was great. Had to rearrange the original appointment to a week later and it was no fuss
