I couldn't fault my experience at Lloyd Mini Newcastle. From going on my test drive, to ordering, then to final delivery everything was excellent. Also, Mark who dealt with my Mini experience was very helpful and kept me up to date throughout.

The staff were very personable, polite, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. A special mention for Harry McCluskey and Kern (apologies if I have misspelt) whom were excellent in their negotiations and handover roles respectively.

The attention I received on arrival was perfect from the service reception area. I requested transport to my home and this was carried out and I was collected when my car was ready. All the staff were all very attentive and professional. Thnk you.

The drivers mat was missing and was hurriedly replaced with the one from my traded in car. I had to take back the car within a week because of tyre pressure issues. I was told it was sorted but within another week the front left tyre was flat again

I was given a reasonable time estimate of when to return. I arrived early and relaxed in the comfortable chairs and enjoyed the coffee from a decent machine. My experience of coffee from previous car showrooms hasn't been good.

I was able to log onto wifi and work whilst I waited for mini to go through its MOT, great facilities comfortable area to work in and offers of free hot drinks which is great. Also staff were lovely and very helpful as always.

Had a service carried out and for some reason the tyre pressures were inflated way too high for this car and performed like like a pig on roller skates , this is a Mini dealership and to be honest I expected better

Was originally told it would take 2 hours when booking in (11.30) this was changed to 12.30 at the very latest when I dropped the car off. Wasn't actually ready until 1.20...50 mins late. When I kept asking i was told it was nearly ready 4 times.

When I went to collect after a recall, engine management light was on and I couldn't collect car as it needed to be kept in for further investigation. Completely inconvenient. Mini desk said faults were coming up and it needed to stay in to be fixed.

I was, for the first time ever, told that the useable lifespan of the bonnet struts had expired. They have a 5 year lifespan, apparently. I did mention that my car had been at Lloyds several times since it was 5 years old. Never mentioned previously!
