Fern was amazing from start to finish. She's so personable and friendly I felt so at ease with her. There was no high pressure sales pitch, but her knowledge of the range and what would suit me shone out.

Great experience start to finish. Complicated transaction as the car is disabled tax class, VAT free and has adaptations. Atlanta Crane was just brilliant, great comms, professional and efficient

Excellent throughout! From test drive to picking up my Mini the centre were amazing! Atlanta who dealt with me was incredible with keeping me updated and answering all my questions immediately. Other staff were also top level with helping too!

Mark Bowman was very helpful but there was a few issues first the engine bay had not been cleaned i spent over 20 minutes doing it and then we weren't told that the car was a hybrid only found out when we got the v5 six days later

100% satisfied- excellent experience from first entering the showroom to purchase and after sales follow up. Jordan Livingstone was brilliant- none of that pushy salesman stuff I can't stand - polite,very professional and helpful at every stage.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable . Harry was a lovely young man who did everything possible to make sure the purchase of my new and sale of my mini went without a hitch. Adam was as equally helpful and friendly.

Staff are all helpful and friendly but the work was carried out as agreed. Beth in reception is excellent with customer care.

Reception staff very courteous. Repair was done but sensor hadn't been reset so warning light was still on and I had to wait another 35 minutes to get this done. Just a shame this wasn't checked before collection .

I asked how long it would take to sort the car & was told approximately 90 mins. It was almost 3hrs by the time I received my car keys. I was very disappointed as I had to then rush to my afternoon appt !!

Waited 3 hours 24/3/26 while my Mini was serviced and was assured when I left that all the screen messages had been dealt with and everything had been checked. Unfortunately, this was untrue & messages remained, returned 26/3/26 & had a 2 hour wait.

Everything went perfect. There was a slight problem with a repair to my mini, but it was explained it was sorted and explained to me. I knew exactly the timeline for the repair.
