The part exchange offer was negotiated to my satisfaction and the sale of the car was very professional. My sales person Harry was very knowledgeable about the product making the process an enjoyable experience.

Overall excellent, but for a lack of communication on progress - had to chase to find out if collection day was still okay, as hadn't heard anything from them, only to be told yes and we've had the car for the past two days.

Faultless service from start to finish. I called in to the garage to book my service to find out what service I needed and the cost. From that point on everything was great. Had to rearrange the original appointment to a week later and it was no fuss

Arrived with car at 08:00 , advised car would be ready between 2:00 - 3:00, collected at 4:15 ! Beth at reception kept me fully updated and even brought my car from the service area.

Reception staff very courteous. Repair was done but sensor hadn't been reset so warning light was still on and I had to wait another 35 minutes to get this done. Just a shame this wasn't checked before collection .
