My purchasing experience from beginning to end was one of ease and convenience, I felt valued and looked after every step of fhe way. My only issue was that the car could have been detailed to a higher standard.

Kept upto date with the delivery date of my car by Lee White at Lloyd's Barracks road.This is my 5th mini and this was the best handover of all of the cars Lee gave a great explanation of everything and answered all my questions.

Customer service is always great. I am aware the service team will disconnect dash cams however, should they not re connect them after the service. If not, tell the customer it is something they will have to do themselves.

I had been advised that the recall job could take up to 2 days, I asked if at all possible could I have it back the same day, they couldn't guarantee but I got a call at 3.30 to say I could collect.

The reason we visited was for a recall. The service team were very friendly and knowledgeable. There was only one down side, I was asked if I wanted the car vacuumed and washed which I said yes but it didn't happen.

Beth handled the whole recall/ repair process very professionally and efficiently. Advised me on other repairs/faults that needed doing, however wasn't pushy. I ended up getting some of the advisory work done while the car was in the garage.
