Fern was amazing from start to finish. She's so personable and friendly I felt so at ease with her. There was no high pressure sales pitch, but her knowledge of the range and what would suit me shone out.

Great experience start to finish. Complicated transaction as the car is disabled tax class, VAT free and has adaptations. Atlanta Crane was just brilliant, great comms, professional and efficient

Customer service was very good. Fern understood really clearly what I was looking for in a car and sold me a brilliant car. At the handover she explained all the features on the car very well and her after sales service was good.

From tge moment you enter the garage you are made to feel important even though my mini is not a new one. The desk taking details are always pleasant and smiling. My car obviously gets good attention from the men in the garage .

Reception staff very courteous. Repair was done but sensor hadn't been reset so warning light was still on and I had to wait another 35 minutes to get this done. Just a shame this wasn't checked before collection .

Booked in quickly, great communication on problem and costing. Work is always done quickly and I'm confident is done to a high spec. Always offer me tea or coffee ??. Great friendly service.

I asked how long it would take to sort the car & was told approximately 90 mins. It was almost 3hrs by the time I received my car keys. I was very disappointed as I had to then rush to my afternoon appt !!

Waited 3 hours 24/3/26 while my Mini was serviced and was assured when I left that all the screen messages had been dealt with and everything had been checked. Unfortunately, this was untrue & messages remained, returned 26/3/26 & had a 2 hour wait.

Everything went perfect. There was a slight problem with a repair to my mini, but it was explained it was sorted and explained to me. I knew exactly the timeline for the repair.
