The service I was provided by Lee was great and everything was explained clearly to me. I was shocked at how quick my new car was ready to collect which was amazing as I was told the lead time was going to be longer than it was so that was exciting!

Waited 3 hours 24/3/26 while my Mini was serviced and was assured when I left that all the screen messages had been dealt with and everything had been checked. Unfortunately, this was untrue & messages remained, returned 26/3/26 & had a 2 hour wait.

Everything went perfect. There was a slight problem with a repair to my mini, but it was explained it was sorted and explained to me. I knew exactly the timeline for the repair.
