Was originally told it would take 2 hours when booking in (11.30) this was changed to 12.30 at the very latest when I dropped the car off. Wasn't actually ready until 1.20...50 mins late. When I kept asking i was told it was nearly ready 4 times.

When I went to collect after a recall, engine management light was on and I couldn't collect car as it needed to be kept in for further investigation. Completely inconvenient. Mini desk said faults were coming up and it needed to stay in to be fixed.

I was, for the first time ever, told that the useable lifespan of the bonnet struts had expired. They have a 5 year lifespan, apparently. I did mention that my car had been at Lloyds several times since it was 5 years old. Never mentioned previously!
