Quote for work was 280, a discount was applied as engune is new but car 10yrs old, however, i did not need all of the work doing but price only cam down by 20 when the items being omitted on original bill came to 70+
As above however car was fixed under warranty.

The service receptionist was totally ignorant, the girl on reception was just as bad. I've never been totally ignored in ANY dealership other than Mini/BMW.

Communication wasn't good between the service team and myself. Had to contact the garage several times to find out if my car was ready and had to take it in 3 times to get the issues sorted.

First issue I had regarding car was a dent in it! A dent repair man was sent to home address only to be informed that he couldn't polish or pull dent out! It then came into Lloyd mini service to be told the same so still have initial issue .
Simon was excellent, I explained I needed to car for a long journey on the Monday & he arranged to have the car looked at straight away on the Friday even with calling mid afternoon & car was fixed 1st thing Saturday

Video updates useful but overall pattern of manufacturing process not made clear eg if vehicle in paint shop is that the beginning of the process? Also, friends and family buying new cars from Mini had all been given a bunch of flowers - we did not.

When I bought my MINI car, the salesman said first three years service is free. When I do annual service, I has been charged 240 pounds for clean air condition and replace break pads, especially £140 for just replace two break pads, ridiculous

Our Mini had a screw in the rear tyre. I have a knee injury which prevents me from walking. I had an hospital appointment on the Monday which was New Years Eve and needed the car for transportation. I rang the office and was put through to Simon?
