Staff didnt always return call same day not impressed with scartches on car or offer of free valent to make up not impressed with having told garage had to buy colour magik for roof . did suggest a set of mats would be nice but told if awarded 5star

Asked for a quote for repair to the sunroof and was asked topay £90 for the quote, I refused and then an argument ensued. given a quote for £2000 and after inspection the sunroof is now completely unusable

Prompt and informative, although was concerned that they didn't alert me to the fact they had removed the child seat during the time in the garage. They were quick to apologise.

I was disappointed that I wasn t offered a courtesy car while mine was being services. It was a Saturday and the sales desk was very busy with only one person dealing with lots of customers by himself.

The service desk staff were very friendly and explained everything in relation to what had been done with the car. The car was washed and valeted prior to its return and this is standard practice at this dealership.

on first visit the service staff could not define the problem . on the visit on 02/04/012 they advised the cam shaft would have to be replaced . car has low mileage and this should not have gone at this age.
