I had asked for the software to be updated to resolve an issue with the handbrake warning light and Bluetooth. I experienced this with my last car and This resolved it.This wasn't done and they simply removed all the Bluetooth pairings.
Disappointed that they were unable to find any fault with he gearbox which is very poor - notchy and has a noticeable whine.

My car has not been services yet but it had to go in because there was a problem with the ignition key and this was rectified and done under warranty.

Booked the car in for service for a home collection. Called the day before to change from home to work address to be told there was no record of booking. Eventual service generally fine, staff great but was disappointed with cleanliness of interior.
The only reason why I have not given completely satisfied is my car was not washed as good as it was when it was delivered which was a little disappointing

I was dropped off at work and then collected no problems however when I collected my keys the car was not outside and I could not find it. I had to ask someone to look for it and they eventually found it in the maintenance garage area.
Long delay with my vehicle despite me arriving early. Waiting area was cold. Staff friendly. Coffee good. Seating & Wi Fi allowed me to work. Car was not cleaned. Dirty marks on my driver's mat which I had to valet myself.

Only negative is they didnt totally clean the inside of the car.
Picking up the car was made into an experience, rather than just signing papers and then getting the keys.
